Returns and exchanges

If you are not 100% satisfied with an item, you can return it up to 14 days after receiving your order. If you have received a defective item, please inform our customer service.

To process your return as quickly and easily as possible, please follow these steps:

• Please send your order back to our warehouse within the withdrawal period of 14 days after receipt.
• To ensure fast processing, please enclose the completed return form and the delivery note / packing slip that you have sent with the package.
• Please only send the goods back in the original packaging.
• Please keep the receipt of the returned parcel in a safe place.
• The processing time of the return from receipt in our warehouse usually takes approx. 7 days.

exchange
If you'd like to exchange an order for a different size, color, or item, we're happy to help. The easiest and fastest method is to return the unwanted items and reorder the desired items.

refund
After we have received your return, the value of the goods will be reimbursed to the means of payment used for the order.
If you paid in advance, we need your bank details for the refund. Please indicate this on the return form.

Footnotes

1) We would like to point out that if you do not send your return to us or if you do not send it back to us with sufficient postage, although you would have to bear the return costs, we will pass on the costs of 12 euros to you.

2) As a rule, you have to bear the return costs for the return of Ebay orders. For some offers we take over the return costs. The offers concerned are marked accordingly and the information in the offer applies.
